Governing Law & EU Consumer Rights

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable EU consumer protection law, the applicable EU law shall prevail.
