Refund policy

At SandyLAND, we take great pride in the quality of our art prints. Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong print, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

All SandyLAND prints are made-to-order and produced specifically upon receipt of your order. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.

Because every print is manufactured on demand after your purchase, these orders are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at archydeco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
